SYSDBA has always been a company that focuses on community upliftment and development. Our CSI initiatives are not about producing short-term solutions. We recognise our obligation to create sustainable development within our communities, and our employees welcome these opportunities to deliver lasting value.

Esemco Consulting is a small black women owned business.
Through our finance department we have assisted with accounting and tax services that are not easily available to small business owners. Our CEO Chris Bamber has also offered his time providing mentoring and coaching to help the business grow.
In partnership with ADvTECH, SYSDBA has identified 8 students so far to provide bursaries to Rosebank College. Apart from financial aid to attend classes, students are also provided with an opportunity to get workplace experience at SYSDBA during their vacation. On completion of their studies, exceptional students are offered the chance to join our graduate program.
Once in our graduate program the learners are provided with rigorous IT Industry training as well as the opportunity to work with our services and sales teams to help find a direction for their future careers. Of the 8 students who have benefited from our Bursaries, we have been able to take 3 onboard for our graduate program.
